Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the MeowLift / Dar Al Rahma Cats website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our platform.

2. Our Services

Dar Al Rahma Cats provides the following services:

• Cat Boarding: Short-term and long-term care for your cats at our facility in Madinah
• Cat Rescue: Rescue and rehabilitation of stray cats found in Madinah
• Adoption: Facilitating the adoption of rescued cats to approved families
• Donations: Accepting charitable donations to support our rescue mission

3. Booking Terms

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the booking fee (40–500 SAR depending on stay length)
• The remaining balance is paid at check-in at our facility
• You must provide accurate cat health information. Failure to disclose health issues may result in cancellation
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a cat's health poses a risk to other animals in our care
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may forfeit the booking fee
• We provide daily photo updates as part of our standard service

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments

Booking fees are processed through Payhip, a third-party payment processor. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. We are not responsible for payment processor errors or failures.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. All donations go toward feeding, veterinary care, and rescue operations for stray cats in Madinah. We are a charitable initiative and operate for the sake of Allah, not for profit.

7. User Content

By submitting reviews or other content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display that content. You are responsible for ensuring your content is truthful and does not violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate or misleading.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of cats in our care, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen health events or accidents. We will always notify you immediately and seek veterinary care if needed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false information in booking or adoption forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass or abuse our staff or volunteers

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Saudi law.
